Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange. Returns must be initiated Within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, as we do not currently offer free returns.
HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?
Contact us within 30 days Of receiving your order via email at support@designerhers.com. We Will email you our return form. Pack your item securely and include the return form. Drop it off at your preferred camera branch and keep the receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Note: Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed to ensure delivery.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
No, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You must register a return Within 30 days of recovering your order.
MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/color), contact us at support@lovingiesigner.com immediately so we can make it right.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. You Will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGE?
If your package is lost or undeliverable due to a logistical issue, we Will send a new
